We are proud to offer this stunning violin made in 1881, the year Marchetti opened his own workshop in Turin. Previously, he had worked in two important workshops: the Rinaldi’s and the Guadagnini’s. The instrument bears a deep red varnish, the original label, two “EM” firebrands around the label and is in perfect condition. Its voice is deep and mellow yet focus and has great projection. A perfect soloist instrument.
